These Terms govern your use of DozyDo (the “Service”), a personal-productivity application operated by Jaagili (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
DozyDo provides tools for tasks, diary, meeting minutes, groceries, calendars and smart schedules. We may add, change or remove features to improve the Service.
New accounts include a 7-day free trial with full access, starting when you sign up. No payment is required to begin the trial. When the trial ends, the Service becomes read-only until you start a paid subscription.
You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current paid month, after which billing stops and the account returns to read-only. Because the Service is delivered immediately and a free trial is provided, monthly fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
You own the content you enter. We store it to provide the Service and handle it in line with our Privacy Policy. Your data remains available to you during read-only periods and can be exported or deleted on request.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
The DozyDo name, branding, and software are owned by Jaagili. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as allowed by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
